HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Items will take 1-3 working days to be processed and shipped out. You will receive an automated email update once your order has been dispatched. If you have not, please email orders.kalopsiathebrand@gmail.com to receive your tracking information.

WHAT ABOUT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

US ORDERS

All US orders are shipped via ChitChats (unless otherwise specified), which typically takes 2-8 business days for delivery by USPS. Once your package is shipped, you can track it using the following links:

• USPS Tracking

DOMESTIC ORDERS

Orders within Canada are shipped with tracking through Canada Post or UPS, depending on the method you select at checkout.

Estimated delivery timeframes:

Canada Post : 2–8 business days depending on province

UPS Standard: 2–5 business days depending on location

You will receive a tracking number with your shipping confirmation email and links to tracking are:

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders are shipped with tracking via Canada Post, DHL, or Fedex. Once your package leaves Canada, it is handed off to your country’s local postal service for final delivery. For the most up-to date tracking, you can use the tracking number provided in the shipping email in your country's mail carrier website for more accurate final tracking. 

Kalopsia is not responsible for any customs duties or fees upon delivery. If a package is returned due to unpaid customs, shipping fees will not be refunded. 

DO YOU OFFER REFUND/RETURNS?

All Kalopsia items are final sale and no returns are accepted. Should you receive a faulty item or are unsatisfied with your purchase, please email orders.kalopsiathebrand@gmail.com for a full refund with a proof of purchase in the form of a receipt/ order number. Refunds are issued by Shopify/PayPal and may take 3-5 working days to be processed. 

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY GARMENT?

It is best recommended to handwash your items in cold soapy water or machine wash (preferably in a laundry bag or inside a pillowcase) on cold wash to preserve the colors and leave to air dry. Do not machine dry. 

WHAT ARE YOUR SUSTAINABLE PRACTICES?

All garments are handmade by one person with hemp/organic cotton fabrics that are biodegradable. They are dyed with eco-friendly dyes and screen printed with water based ink.
