**IN THE EVENT OF A CANADA POST STRIKE, ALL PACKAGES WILL BE PROCESSED THROUGH UPS OR CHIT CHATS. ALL US PARCELS WILL STILL BE DELIVERED VIA USPS. INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS NOT TO THE US ARE TEMPORARILY PAUSED UNTIL THE STRIKE IS OVER.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
MADE TO ORDER
Items are made in house by one person so orders may take up to one working week to dispatch. You will receive an automated email update once your order has shipped. If you have not, don't hesitate to reach out to get your tracking information.
PREMADE ITEMS
Items will take 1-3 working days to be processed and shipped out. If you have ordered a made to order piece along with a premade piece, your order will ship out when the made to order garment is finished unless otherwise specified. You will receive an automated email update once your order has been dispatched. If you have not, don't hesitate to reach out to receive your tracking information.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Orders are shipped via Canada Post/UPS with tracking included then passed onto your country's postal service. International shipments will be delivered via your country's postal service and the tracking number can be plugged directly into the destination country's postal service website for better tracking details (unless delivered via UPS). Kalopsia is not responsible for any additional duties upon delivery and will not reimburse shipping costs due to unpaid customs if a package is returned.
DO YOU OFFER REFUND/RETURNS?
All Kalopsia items are final sale and no returns are accepted. Should you receive a faulty item or are unsatisfied with your purchase, please email orders.kalopsiathebrand@gmail.com for a refund with a proof of purchase in the form of a receipt/ order number. Refunds are only accepted within 14 days after you have received your item. Refunds are issued by Shopify/PayPal and may take 3-5 working days to clear.
WHAT DOES BIODEGRADEABLE MEAN?
Items made with hemp fabric will not magically disintegrate in the wash. Instead, with proper care, items hemp clothing can actually last longer than regular synthetic garments. They can last as long as any other garment and, when finally disposed of, can naturally degrade unlike other fabrics with polyester etc. so do not worry!
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY GARMENT?
It is best recommended to handwash your items in cold soapy water or machine wash (preferably in a laundry bag or inside a pillowcase) on cold wash to preserve the colors and leave to air dry. Do not machine dry.
WHAT ARE YOUR SUSTAINABLE PRACTICES?
Kalopsia garments are made with natural fabrics that are sustainable and biodegradable and made to last years with proper care. They are dyed with eco-friendly dyes and screen printed with water based ink.
